DABUR CEO SUNIL DUGGAL SUMMANED BY CJM COURT RUDRAPUR
Dabur CEO Sunil Duggal summoned by CJM court Rudrapur for appearing on dt 10-9-2007 for violation of Uttranchal Induatrial Employment [Standing Order] rule 1946.
Said Dabur unknown official.
The Standing order rule is :-
Employee will be liable to be transferred from one unit to another unitof the company with prior consent of the employee.
Dabur G.M. HR Suresh jain had transferred Mr Kailash Chandra to their Madhya Pradesh Unit without his consent with a long time harassment. He was transferred from HP to Uttranchal for the benefit of the company due to Uttrakhand permanent resident 70% kota. But when the company excepted from him some illegal work in the company interest by using his liaison as a localite . He refused to do so as a good citizen of the country. Dabur was taking resignation from hundereds of worker after every six month so that they could bindup the unit after 10 year when subsidy period is over. But he denied to help the company in this work as it was offend of labour law and humanity. Some other reasons are there which we could not get from that person as he was transferred from west Bengal and one one was from Sahibabad unit. But they told that Kailash Chandra is very intelligent and honest person for the company.[ we tried to contact him in person or mobile but he was not in the city or we could not contact him.[its was came into our knowledge that dabur had transferred Mr-Tej Pal singh, Ajay Kumar singh too in their MP. And WB unit and taken resigned by force from him earlier. One Mr- Rasbinder Singh also terminated by a fake case of thept by the Dabur company. Dabur Rudrapur ia full of having labour unrest but no one from labour or govt dept hear the voice of the employee. Uttrakhand CM khandoori said industry should provide 70% permanent employment to the Uttranchali people soon but this company manuplating the data by showing it from contractor labour . SIDCUL, Labour,DM official are just sleeping and all this company doing this type of offend since 125 years from its start. All burmans know all the fact but nothing to do.Mr- Rishi yadav and Mr- Ranjan Verma Manager HR ,Mr- TK Banarj GM accepted about the summon but they all making pressure over media not to publish the news and trying to make some pressure over labour deptt and local admn.
He filed application in the high court for stay of his transferred . the high court directed to Labour commissionor for counclling with management and employee. Here is a very sad point that the DLC Mr- S.P.Kukreti [ who is a correpted person called some labour union and contractor of SIDCUL and lawyers of haldwani] did not made any good efforts in this case and take 8 month of time in taking action as he was to be retired on 30/9/2007.
Even I have seen a letter of Anand nisikawa company employee where they written clearly that he is a corrept person and sent this letter all govt official and chief minister Khandoori but no action has been taken against him till now [ the reson of writing all this is that our public and givt should aware of this fact as this was only 15 days process to take transfer back from the company at DLC level only] Because the suprime court ruling is that not law is above of standing order. A employer is bond to follow the standing order once it is certified if not certified then the model standing order will apply. So after 8 month labour department offended to dabur for not following the certified standing order rule 1946. and issued a notice to Sunil Duggal for correcting his mistake and taking back his transfer and take back his duty. DLC even did not tried to give him joing till the case is final at high court which is on till now. Even he is not getting his salary since 8 month and dabur violating all the labour laws by power of his money only. This is fact otherwise when there is a law then why the 8 month passed. We can see very few people who are like Kailash Chandra who can fight with this corrept system. Here you can query that Mr- Suresh jain affect all the illegal activity by his own liaison and money of dabur. Some big political leaders are in his contact who help him always even they may misuse the judicial system sometime it is hopeful. This is due to gap of our system when victim did not get justice intime. This indicate that our judicial system is fair and true but some wrong people misuse this for his benefit. I would like to mention here that the CJM Rudrapur is a very loyal and honest person is his all dicisions as he give many decisions for the justice of the victim /public.
Now due to non delivery of the summon CJM court put next date of 10/10/2007 for appearing in person. Sunil Duggal is a very top level CEO of a company ie “Greate place to work” he know all fact but did not taken any action which is justified due to inter company politics of the management. This company has some groups who are always engaged to cut out his opposite. In public this is a famous company by product but in employee this is a “Wrost Place to work ” company. Any one can check its all units where bounded labour work day and night but after each 6 month they kicked out by the company and take new one. Company has own PF trust and This figure did not come in knowledge of the govt or vigilance . Regarding subsidy this company take subsidy again and again in the same plant and machinery by chainging product of closure. Govt getting losses of crores and crores but the main official do all this very well.if Indian govt. or vigilance will audit the dabur history they can offend for so many reasons and can make panelty of crores in their all units all over the country. Its also involved in hawala type case as they manuplate figures of the products from their Nepal unit and abroad units.
Story Behind it is very interesting:-
said official staff of Dabur office in the condition of not saying his name. He said that a person came to the Dabur factory with a summon in the name of Dabur CEO sunil duggal for the reason mentioned above. The management decided not to except the summon in person so the date can be extended. They called the person who had summon in the office make some tea and formality and said him not to show delivery by your own reason or some common reasons which can be shown as per law. He made it clear that he will see the matter don’t worry. The management talked to GM-HR Mr-Suresh jain at Delhi over mob and he said the all trick after talking with CJM who is his best friends say Mr- Suresh Jain. Other wise every one can see the law regarding this offend.
So its should have initiative to the people who make wrong statement for our judges and judicial system for attracting the masses and to affect the case result or the victim. Here the CJM did not know what is happening behind it. Anyone can understand that the distance of the CJM court is only five to seven KM from Dabur Factory. The summon can be delivered twice a day. And since 30/8/2007 to 10/7/2007 what was the progress no one know this. It’s a matter of discussion.
If anyone from govt office,vigilance,judicial, political or law , Media,industry, labour department read this article pls do something what you can do. So that our country and public can be benefited from the gap of our system.The local media is under pressure of advertisement or something else.
